Hi, I'm Adrian.

I've been working as an AI Engineer for several years, and I can't ignore the growing wave of research papers exploring different approaches to self-evolving agents and harness engineering.

I realized that combining Hermes Agent with the Manim library, powered by the Kimi K2.6 model, would be an ideal setup to accelerate my research in this area.

What I built is a web application that delivers a daily dose of papers on self-evolving agents, along with one short 6–8 minute video each day focused on a paper I choose to explore in more depth.

HOW IT WORKS

Cron pulls new publications from arXiv.

I pick which paper to explore.

Agent Runs
Two skills: manim-video, stentor-studio.

Process Paper
Strips bibliography & appendix. Builds a 7-beat narrative.

Generate Scenes
Per beat: script.py using visuals/ helpers (~40+).

Audio & Subs
ElevenLabs TTS + frame-accurate WebVTT.

Verify
verify_sync.py: 16 checks. Loop on fail.

Publish
Upload, job → DONE, live in app.
