Terms of use.
Last updated April 29, 2026
Stentor Studio (“the site”) is an experimental single-author project that publishes agent-generated explainers of research papers. By using the site or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these terms.
what you get
Free access to the public episodes, paper queue, and a daily newsletter. The site is provided as is, on a best-effort basis. We do not promise uptime, a fixed publishing cadence, or that any specific paper will ever be turned into an episode.
content and accuracy
Episodes are written and animated by an autonomous AI agent based on third-party research papers. They are intended for educational and entertainment purposes only and may contain errors, simplifications, or out-of-date information. Always consult the original paper before citing or acting on anything you see here.
Underlying papers remain the property of their original authors and are referenced under fair-use / fair-dealing principles. If you are an author and want your paper removed from the queue or from a published episode, email hello@stentor.studio and we will act within a reasonable timeframe.
our content
The Stentor mascot, episode artwork, narration, and site design are © Stentor Studio. You may share links and short clips for non-commercial educational use with attribution. Reuploading full episodes, training models on the site’s output, or redistributing the dataset of papers and videos requires written permission.
acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or scrape the site beyond ordinary human use.
- Do not submit emails or paper suggestions on behalf of someone else without their consent.
- Do not use the newsletter list, voting system, or comment surfaces to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
We can suspend access or remove submissions that violate these rules without notice.
newsletter
Subscribing is optional and free. We send roughly one email per new episode. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We may pause or discontinue the newsletter entirely; subscribers will be told if that happens.
liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stentor Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the site.
changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
